Fred Hesketh brought with him many years of traffic-engineering experience when the company was founded. His Yale Master’s Degree in Traffic Engineering, followed by experience with the Rhode Island Department of Transportation and as principal Traffic Engineer with Morton S. Fine & Associates, set the standard for traffic design throughout New England. Today, our Traffic Engineering Department carries on the same tradition, employing highly skilled engineers who are well-versed in state-of-the-art software, including Microstation, AutoCAD, AutoTurn, Syncro, HCS 2000, PETRA, and TRAX.
